Did you receive an order confirmation email? If yes – please note that on some occasions you may only receive your link at the end of 1 working day.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, you likely made a typing error when supplying us with your email address during checkout. Not a problem. Just send us an email with your order number and your correct email address and we will quickly resend your order to the correct email address

ALL software is guaranteed to be genuine. You will only be supplied with official download links from the respective software author. We will never send third party, pirated download links such as Dropbox; a practice common among illegitimate suppliers.

All of our download links we supply will guide you through the installation process. It’s really simple. But should you require assistance; feel free to send us a message on the live chat or by email.

All software we supply is fully digital. This means we email you your download link and key. There is no physical counterpart that we keep on hand.

Due to the intangible nature of our products – we cannot provide refunds for customers who have changed their minds. However, if the software we supply does not work as advertised – you may contact us for support. If we are unable to resolve your issue swiftly, we will issue a full refund.
